Habits are difficult to change. Eating habits are particularly hard because you have to make choices everyday and several times a day, at that. It's not like quitting smoking or drinking. With almost any other abusable substance, you can just stop using completely. Not so with food you can't stop eating. You have to learn to manage it, and you need to have a plan.
If you continue to do what you have always done you will get the same results as you always have. As your weight loss coach, we’ll work together to conquer your challenges and achieve your success.
I ask for a 6 week commitment. It is short enough to be achievable and long enough to establish new habits. The habits that you establish during these six weeks will be the foundation of a lifestyle that supports good health and fitness. Losing weight and getting in shape is not easy and will require your commitment. If you are not willing to commit to 6 weeks then you aren't willing to do what is necessary to make a permanent change. That 6 weeks will pass whether you do anything differently or not, but if you do make a change, after 6 weeks you'll see a significant improvement, you'll be well on your way to permanent weight loss and feeling wonderful.
